Terms of Service

1. Service description

GEOrank is a SaaS platform that monitors brand visibility in AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini. Results are generated by querying third-party AI systems and are provided for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Plans and payments

GEOrank offers three subscription plans billed monthly or annually:

• Free — 1 project, 5 search queries/month, 2 AI engines
• Pro — 5 projects, 30 search queries/month, 6 AI engines
• Agency — unlimited projects and queries, 6 AI engines

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from GEOrank
• Abuse or overload the API or underlying infrastructure
• Use the platform to monitor brands you do not own or have no legitimate business interest in
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass security measures
• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Resell or sublicense access to GEOrank without written permission

5. Limitation of liability

GEOrank results reflect responses from third-party AI systems at a point in time. They are indicative and not a guarantee of actual brand performance. AI engine outputs may vary and are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEOrank shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual property

GEOrank and its content (design, code, branding) are the intellectual property of GEOrank. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload. You grant GEOrank a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the service.

7. Account cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may also request immediate deletion by contacting us.

8. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Significant changes to pricing or core functionality will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of GEOrank after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
